All products sold by Beijing Synthax Technology Co., Ltd. as agent are quality assurance products and are subjected to rigorous quality checks, and free warranty service is provided in accordance with the regulations.

To get the warranty service, be sure to present this warranty card and the original purchase invoice/photocopy as supporting documents, with the warranty terms as follows:

I) The warranty period is 1 year from the date of shipment by Beijing Synthax Technology Co., Ltd. (except for some of the parts); if the machine is damaged or fails, free repair and replacement of parts will be provided once the technicians of the Company confirm that the damage or failure is not caused by wrong operation.

II) In the following case, the Company will not provide any maintenance and testing services:

  1. Products for which this company is not an agent
  2. False (smuggled) goods
  3. Seals not complete, without serial number, serial number altered, destroyed or converted, and serial number failing to show the products in the sales records of the Company.

III) In the following cases, the Company provides free technical guidance but detection and maintenance will be charged:

  1. Products have been burned out due to wrong operation or negligent use, e.g. overload or voltage instability;
  2. Products are broken due to rough handling;
  3. Defects due to poor environmental factors, e.g. excessive input voltage, moisture, etc.;
  4. Damage caused by natural disasters and other unexpected events;
  5. Products had been repaired or modified by any technician not from the Company;
  6. Products are not in line with the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer.

IV) The warranty and maintenance services of the Company shall be conducted in the Company's maintenance center. Where warranty or maintenance is required to be conducted outside, all travel expenses (including fare, train fare, flights, accommodation, meals, etc.) shall be paid by the user.

V) The Company is not responsible for any loss caused by equipment damage directly or indirectly.

VI) For products beyond the warranty period, the Company will charge a reasonable fee for providing maintenance services.

VII) To declare any equipment prone to damage after unpacking, please retain the integrity of the original packaging.

VIII) The warranty service is valid only in the region of China.

IX) The Company reserves the right to modify the terms without prior notice to customers.
